Full Management Service
Our Full Management package is ideal for landlords seeking a hands-off, reliable solution. We handle everything from the initial property valuation and marketing through to tenancy management and maintenance coordination.
We also manage legal compliance, ensuring valid Gas Safety, EPC, and Electrical Safety Certificates are always in place. Our service includes automatic reminders to prevent lapses in certification, helping you remain fully protected under UK lettings legislation.
Tenant Find Only Service
Our Tenant Find Only service is perfect for landlords who prefer to manage the tenancy themselves but want to ensure a legally compliant and well-placed start.
After move-in, the tenancy is handed over to the landlord to manage, with optional pay-as-you-go support available if needed. At the end of the tenancy, we can assist with exit inspections and deposit handling if requested.
We ensure full compliance with all current UK lettings regulations, including Right to Rent, Deposit Protection, and The Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018. All documentation is handled digitally, keeping the process secure and paperless.
