Owner
Danny Kimber is a results-driven entrepreneur and Managing Director of Responsive Personnel and Responsive Property Management, two fast-growing Swindon-based businesses built on a foundation of reliability, integrity, and community focus.
With a background in recruitment and business development, Danny launched Responsive Personnel to provide a people-first approach to staffing — connecting businesses with the right talent through trust, speed, and transparency. Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the region’s most respected recruitment partners, supporting clients across industrial, commercial, and professional sectors.
Expanding on that success, Danny founded Responsive Property Management, offering a fresh, responsive approach to lettings and property management. The company focuses on clear communication, proactive service, and long-term relationships with landlords and tenants alike. As RPM moves into property sales in 2026, Danny continues to drive the business forward with a focus on service excellence and sustainable growth.

David Wilson
Operations Director
David Wilson is the Operations Director and Shareholder at Responsive Property Management (RPM), where he plays a key role in overseeing the company’s operations, service delivery, and client relationships. With extensive experience in property management, David brings a hands-on, structured approach to ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service and support.
His leadership is centred around efficiency, transparency, and customer satisfaction — values that align directly with RPM’s commitment to being truly responsive in everything it does. David works closely with Managing Director Danny Kimber and the wider team to streamline internal processes, enhance client communication, and position RPM for its next stage of growth, including the planned expansion into property sales in 2026.
As both a Director and shareholder, David is deeply invested in the company’s success and long-term vision. His focus on operational excellence and building lasting relationships makes him an integral part of RPM’s continued development as one of the region’s most trusted property partners.
Renée McCrea
Lettings Manager
Renée is Lettings Manager at Responsive Property Management, bringing over a decade of experience across lettings, property management and housing.
Having previously worked in senior lettings roles with established local agents, as well as within housing and accommodation services, Renée has built a strong understanding of the full lettings process, from tenant and landlord communication through to compliance, property management and day-to-day problem solving.
Her organised and practical approach, combined with extensive knowledge of the Swindon property market, makes her a key part of the Responsive Property Management team.
Renée is focused on providing landlords and tenants with a straightforward, responsive and professional service, ensuring properties are managed properly and issues are dealt with efficiently from the outset.
Cameron Preston
Letting Consultant
Cameron is a Lettings Agent at Responsive Property Management, supporting landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process.
With a strong focus on customer service, communication and building relationships, Cameron helps ensure that enquiries are dealt with quickly, viewings are managed efficiently and both landlords and tenants receive a responsive and professional service.
He plays an important role in the day-to-day lettings operation, working closely with the wider team to match the right tenants with the right properties and help keep the process moving smoothly from initial enquiry through to move-in.
